O R I G I N A L 1/8/96 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12675 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, THE <br /> REDWOOD CITY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT, AND <br /> SEQUOIA UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement Between the County of San <br />Mateo, the City of Redwood City, Redwood City Elementary School District, and <br />Sequoia Union School District (Redwood City 2000 Committee)," by and <br />between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California, the County of San Mateo, a political subdivision of the State of <br />California, the Redwood City Elementary School District and the Sequoia Union <br />School District, a copy of which agreement is on file in the Office of the City <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof is <br />hereby authorized, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized <br />and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Reso-lO <br />FXS:rg <br />10/31/95 <br /> <br /> <br />
