(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on January 13, 2020. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Borgens, Hale, Masur, Reddy and Mayor <br />Howard <br />M/S Aguirre/Borgens to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a one-year <br />Agreement for Services with Telstar Instruments for on-call service to maintain remote <br />monitoring system for wastewater stations in an amount not -to -exceed $210,000, <br />including City Manager authority to extend the agreement for two additional two-year <br />terms, for a total not -to -exceed contract amount of $1,114,919. <br />Motion <br />-passes 7-0 by electronic vote. <br />\\�J e <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
