That the nature of the interest or estate of the City of Redwood City in fee and to the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is including but not limited to constructing sidewalks and crosswalks to provide direct continuous paths leading to/from the railroad pedestrian gates, installation of street lighting to increase lighting levels near the tracks, improving visibility of the tracks and pedestrians at night, upgrading the traffic signal at the intersection of Broadway/Marshall/Arguello Street to improve traffic flow and reduce traffic delays when the railroad gates are down during train crossings, installation of bicycle warning pavement markings to increase safety for people riding bicycles and associated work.
