(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on February 10, 2020. <br />Present: Councilmembers Aguirre, Bain, Borgens, Hale, Masur, Reddy and Mayor <br />Howard <br />M/S Aguirre/Masur to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute amendment #2 <br />to the environmental consulting services agreement with AECOM for the preparation of <br />an Environmental Impact Report in accordance with the California Environmental Quality <br />Act (CEQA) for the South Main Mixed -Use Project at 1601 EI Camino Real and 1304 EI <br />Camino Real (Greystar) in the amount of $131,809, for a total amount not to exceed <br />$1,054,059. <br />Motion passes 7-0 by electr is vote. <br />`U <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
