(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on February 10, 2020. <br />Present: Councilmembers Aguirre, Bain, Borgens, Hale, Masur, Reddy and Mayor <br />Howard <br />M/S Borgens/Masur to accept the construction of the Hopkins Traffic Calming Pilot <br />Project, authorize the release of bonds and retention according to City procedures, and <br />direct staff to complete the evaluation of the pilot project and conduct public engagement <br />for consideration of a permanent traffic calming project. <br />Motion passes 6-0-1 by electronic vote with Council Member Reddy recused and <br />abstained. <br />Q'te4wza <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
