Curtis and Sons <br />AGENDA CONSENT ITEM: 6.C. (304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on February 24, 2020. <br />Present: Councilmembers Aguirre, Bain, Borgens, Hale, Masur, Reddy and Mayor <br />Howard <br />M/S Aguirre/Hale to find that strict compliance with Chapter 2, Article VII of the Redwood <br />City Code does not serve the public interest for the Master Purchase Agreement with L.N. <br />Curtis and Sons, and suspend the competitive bidding requirements for the Master <br />Purchase Agreement (requires 5/7 vote for passage); and approve and authorize the City <br />Manager to execute a five year Master Purchase Agreement with L.N.
