(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on February 24, 2020. <br />Present: Councilmembers Aguirre, Bain, Borgens, Hale, Masur, Reddy and Mayor <br />Howard <br />M/S Aguirre/Hale to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a two-year <br />purchase agreement for water meters from Golden State Flow Measurement in the <br />amount of $500,000, and authorize the City Manager to extend the agreements for two <br />additional two-year terms for a total not -to -exceed amount of $1,545,450; and approve <br />and authorize the City Manager to execute a separate two-year purchase agreement for <br />water meters from Badger Meter in the amount of $500,000, and authorize the City <br />Manager to extend the agreement for two additional two-year terms in amounts not -to - <br />exceed $1,545,450. <br />Motion passes 7-0 by electronic vote. <br />rAM4 e <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
