The provisions of this Deed are intended to and will run with the land, and, until their <br />expiration or termination in accordance with the terms of this Deed, will bind, be a charge upon and <br />inure to the benefit of Grantor and Grantee, their respective successors and assigns. <br />THE PURPOSE(S) AND LIMITATIONS ON USE OF THE EASEMENT. The purpose of the <br />Easement shall be to erect, install, construct, remove, repair, replace, reconstruct, maintain and use <br />for public utility purposes any and all materials, fixtures, appliances, equipment, pipes, pipelines, <br />wires, cables, including fiber optics, necessary for the transmission, distribution and delivery of <br />electricity, sewer, water, storm water, gas, cable television, communication and information service <br />utilities over, along, upon, under and across the parcel of real property described in and shown on <br />Exhibit A and Exhibit B. <br />GRANTOR FURTHER GRANTS TO GRANTEE the right to: <br />1. Grant said Easement or a portion thereof to other public utilities or public agencies; <br />2. Review and control the planting, trimming, maintenance and/or removal ofany trees or other <br />plants within the Easement; <br />3.
