ORDI:JANCE NO. 211. An Ordinanoe olosing and vaoa.ting as a public street and highway a portion of Webster stre'!t in the Town of RedwoOd City, County of San Mateo, State of California. WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of Oalifornia, did on the 2nd day of February, 1920, duly pass and adopt a 1~601ution to olose and vacate as a publio street and publio highway the following desoribed portion of Webster street in said Town, to-wit: "Beginning at a point where the northwesterly line of East Jefferson avenue interliJeota t be southweste rly line of We bate r street; thenoe along said southwesterly line of W~bstar street North 510 00' West 300.95 feet to the angle point in said southRcsterly line of Webster street, thenoe oontinuing along the we:.ste:rly line: of We'bster atre&t North 30 30' West 9.g3 feet; thnoe l;:aving said westerly line of Webst~;r street South 530 59' East 308.82 feet to a point on the northwesterly line of East Jeff~rson avenue produoed northeasterly; thenoe South ~2o 00' West 2J feet to the point of beginning." AND WHEREAS, due proof has been made to the satisfaotion of the Board of Trustees of said Town of r~dwoOd a1ty that after the adoption of said Resolution r-l, the Superintendent of Streets of said Town posted oonspiouously along the frontagee of that portion of Webster street hereinabove desoribed and proposed to be olosed and vaoated, notices of th6 pasaage of said resolution in t~ manner and for the period required by law and also oaused a notioe similar in substanoe to be printed and published in the Redwood Oi ty Demoorat, a weekly newspaper published, prtnted and oiroulated in said Tom of Redwood City,(th2re semi- being no daily or/weekly newspaper therein), and designated by the: Board of Tru6te~s of said Town for that purpose, in the manner and for the periOd required by law. 1.
