<br />MINUTE ORDER <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />January 26.2009 <br />M.O. 09-012 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: January 27, 2009 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br />Finance Department <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Lease Agreement for Communication Site at 1000 Radio Road. <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM: 6.1 B (304) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on January 26, 2009. <br /> <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Sain, Hartnett, Ira, Pierce, Vice Mayor Howard and <br />Mayor Foust <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motions was made, carried and entered on the Minutes <br /> <br />M/S Howard/Pierce to approve a lease agreement with T -Mobile to rent the <br />space underneath the Pacific Gas and Electricity (PG&E) tower on which they <br />currently have their wireless telecommunication devices installed.
