RESOLUTION CONFIlli~ING AMENDED ASSESSMENT. WHEHEAS, under the direction of the Council of the City of Redwood City, the street Superintendent did, on the 25th day of March, 1931, file with the Clerk of said city the amended assessment for street work done under Resolution of Intention No. 1-5 and assessed -.-....... against lot 5 in block 8, as shown on the "Map of Edgewood Park", of record in the Recorder's office of the County of San Mateo, State of California. Reference is hereby made to said Resolution of Intention No. 1-5, now on file in the office of the Clerk of the City of Redwood City for further particulars, and WHEREAS, the Clerk of the City of Redwood City did thereupon fix Monday, the 20th day of April, 1931, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock p.m. of said day, at the meeting place of the Council of the City of Redwood City, as the ti:ne and place for a hearing on said amended , 'I- assessment and as the time and place when any person interested in said amended assessment and having any objection to the correc.tness thereof, shall appeal to the Council of the City of Redwood City by briefly stating in writing their grounds of appeal, and WHEREAS, notice of the filing of said amended street assessment po Sllnq e;?/1q and of' time fixed for hearing thereon was duly given OY^PUbli~ation, as required by law, as appears from the affidavits of B.E. Myers, City Clerk, and D. Heydenfeldt, now of record in the. office of the Clerk of said City of Redwood City, and WHEREAS, no objections of any kind were made to said amended street assessment. THEREFOHE BE IT HESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that said amended assessment hereinbefore referred to, be and the same is hereby adopted, approved and confirmed.
