RESOLUTION DECLARING NUISANCE NO. 1940-1. RESOLVED by the Council of the C1.ty of Redwood City that whereas certain weeds are growing in the City of Redwood City upon all of the sidewalks, streets, avenues, roads, boulevards and highways in said City and upon all the lots and property in said City, whioh weeds are of a kind whioh bear seeds of a wingy or downy nature and will attain such large growth as to become a fire menace when dry; and whereas said weeds constitute a public nuisance, NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY DECLARED that the said weeds do now constitute and will continue to oonstitute a public nuisance and it ia hereby ordered that the said publio nuisanoe be abated in the man- ner provided by Ordinance No. 333 of the City of Redwood City, passed and adopted on the 14th day of March, 1932, whioh Ordinanoe is now on file in the offioe of the Clerk of the City of Redwood ~ity and to whioh ordinanoe reference is hereby made and the same is made a part hereof. The sidewalks, streets,; avenues, roa.ds, boulevards and highways upon whioh, and the lots and property upon whioh suoh nuisanas exists, are all the sidewalks, streets, avenues, roads, boulevards and high- ways and all the lots and property in said City of Redwood; City , an~ all the lots and property fronting upon all the s'dewalks, streets, avenues, roads, boulevards and highways in said City of Redwood ctty.
