RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING <br /> FIRST SUPPLEMENTAL MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT FOR EXPENDITURE OF 1/11. <br /> CENT GAS TAX ALLOCATED FOR STATE HIGHWAYS <br /> WHEREAS, the State of California., through its Department of <br /> Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented a first supple- <br /> mental memorandum of agreement in accordance with a project state- <br /> ment submitted by the City for expenditure of the 1/4 cent gas tax <br /> for the 1939-41 biennium allocated for State highways in the City <br /> of Redwood City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the city council has heard read said agreement in full • <br /> and is familiar with the contents thereof; <br /> THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council of the City of <br /> Redwood City that said agreement for expenditure of the 1/4 cent <br /> gas tax allocated for State highways be and the same is hereby <br /> approved and the City Manager is directed to sign the same on be- <br /> half of said City, <br /> ADOPTED this 17th day of February, 1941. <br /> U ' � r <br /> Mayor ofyt C _ . of Redwood City <br /> Attest : g • LJ a • <br /> City Clerk of the City of Rywood C ty <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and <br /> regularly passed by the city council of the City of Redwood City <br /> at a regular meeting thereof held February 1712, 1941. <br /> Clerk of the City of Redwyd City <br />
