<br />RESDLUT:ON t'ECLP.RING NUISANCE NO. 1943-1 <br /> <br />RESOLVED by the Council of trle C1 ty of Redv~ood C1 ty <br /> <br />that Whereas eel'tHin weeds are growing In the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City upon all of the sidewalks, streets, avenues, roads, boule- <br /> <br />verda and highways in 8a1(1 c1 ty and upon all the lots and prorer- <br /> <br />ty in said city, which weeds are of a kind which bear seeds of a <br /> <br />wingy or down;y- na ture and vv111 a tt~lin such large growth as to <br /> <br />become a fire menace when dry; and Whereas said weeds constitute <br /> <br />a public nuisance, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DECLARED that the Saill. weeds <br /> <br />do now constitute and will continue to constitute 8 public <br /> <br />nuIsance and it is hereby or'dared that the said public nuisance <br /> <br />be abated in the mantier provided by Ordinance No. 333 of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, passed and adopted on the 14th day of <br /> <br />MarC}l, 1932, which ordinance is now on file in the office of the <br /> <br />Clerk of the City of Redwood City and to which ordinance reference <br /> <br />is hereby made and the same is made a pert hereof. <br /> <br />The sidewalks, streets, avenues, roads, boulevards and <br /> <br />highways upon which, and the lots and property upon which such <br /> <br />nuisance exists, are all the sidewalks, streets, avenues, roads, <br /> <br />boulevards and highways and all the lots and pr-opeI'ty' in sai.d C1 t:l <br /> <br />of Redwood City and all the lots and property fronting upon any <br /> <br />sidewalk, street, avenue, road, boulevard or highway in said C:ity <br /> <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />The Superintendent of Streets of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City is hereby directed to give the notice required by said ordl- <br />notice <br />nance, and he shall cause/to be immediately posted in front of the <br />
