<br />RE~2.f:!!~IOl! <br /> <br />RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redwood <br />City tha.t in accordance with the written application from <br />PETER SORENSEN, dated June 14, 1943, for permission to use <br /> <br />temporarily the street area of Hopkins Avenue between the <br /> <br />soutuN6sterly line of Arguello street and the northeasterly <br />line of the right of way of the Southern Pacific Company, that <br /> <br />such permission 1s hereby granted subject to revocation at <br /> <br />any time without notice. <br />Said portion of said street may be used by said <br />PETER SORENSEN for the storage of building material and <br /> <br />equipment provided the same is maintained in an orderly con- <br /> <br />dition so as not to be detrimental or otherwise objectionable <br /> <br />to OMlers or inhabitants of surrounding property, or un- <br /> <br />sightly to persons passing on Arguello street, or on rail- <br /> <br />road trains. <br /> <br />The title and right to possession of said public <br /> <br />street is unaf:t"ected by this permission and th,e permittee <br /> <br />agrees upon demand of said City Council, or the City Manager, <br /> <br />pursuant to the order of this Council, immediately to re- <br /> <br />move any and all material from said public street and ~ <br /> <br />lea va the same free and 01 ear of all rubbish.
