<br />~- :1' <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />NO. J 3 I <br /> <br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City <br />that whereas L. M. DUNCAN, the Building Inspector of the said <br />City of Redwood City, did, as required by Ordinance No. 303, <br />post a notice to abate nuisance upon the hereinafter described <br />real property and did send a copy of said notice, so posted, <br />by registered mail, postage prepaid, to the owners of said <br />hereinafter described real property, as said owners are listed <br />upon the books of the City Assessor of said City of Redwood <br />City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in and by said notice to abate nuisance <br />said Building Inspector of the City of Redwood City did fix <br />Monday, the 5th day of June, 19442; at the hour of 8:00 o'clock <br />P. M. of said day at the Council Chamber: in the City Hall <br />on Middlefield Road in said City of Redwood City, as the time <br />and place when the owners of the building situated upon said <br />hereinafter described real property could appear and be heard <br />and show cause why said building should not be condemned as <br />a public nuisance and abated by r&constructing or ,properly reM <br />pairing said building or by razing or removing the same; and <br />WHEREAS, said Council did regularly continue said <br />hearing until the 17th day of July , 1944, at 8:00 <br />o'clock p. m.; and <br />WHEREAS, said Council did proceed wi th s aid hearing <br />and after considering all objections made and received does <br />determine that due and legal notice of said hearing was given as <br />required by the ordinances of the City of Redwood City as ap- <br />pears from the affidavit of L. M. DUNCAN on file in the offic~ <br />of the City Clerk; <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br />of Redwood City and said Council doem hereby declare the building <br />or structure situated upon the hereinafter described real property <br /> <br />-1- <br />
