<br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />NO. /11 <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING A QUIT CLAIM DEED <br /> <br />RESOLVED by the 01 ty Council of the Oi ty of <br />Redwood City that said Council, for and on behalf of said <br />city, authorize the granting of a quit claim deed from <br />said city to WILLIAM J. KARP and ANNA K. KARP, his wife, <br /> <br />as Joint Tenants, of all that real property situated in <br /> <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, state of <br /> <br /> <br />California, and particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Lots 4 and 5 in Block 7, as shown <br />and delineated on that certain map entitled: <br />tt:Map No. 1 of Central Park Redwood 01 ty San <br />Mateo Co. Cal.", which was filed in the office <br />of the County Recorder of said county and <br />state, on August 3, 1911 in Book 7 of Maps <br />a.t page 45, <br /> <br />in consideration of the sum of FOUR HUNDRED .NINETY~SEVEN <br /> <br />and 32/100--(t497.32) DOLLARS received from the sale of <br /> <br />said property by Ralph MacArthur, County Tax Collector of <br /> <br />the County of San Mateo, said state, as the pro rata of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City for delinquent taxes and assessments <br /> <br />on said property; and <br /> <br />RESOLVED that said Council further directs that <br /> <br />ROBERT W. MEAD, as City Manager of said city, be authorized <br /> <br /> <br />to execute a,aid deed on behalf of said city. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of <br />Redwood City at a regular meeting thereof held on the 19th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />March <br /> <br />, 1941, by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage and adoption of the <br />foregoing resolution:' <br /> <br />Councilmen: H. F. Anderson, C. C. Armstrong, C. A. <br /> <br />Britschgi, F. D. Granger, E. A. Fletcher, G. W. McNulty, W. W.
