<br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />No. <br /> <br />t,.} <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING MR. and MRS. A. V. WRIGHT TO <br />RESUBDIVIDE LOT 12 AND A PORTION OF LOT <br />11 IN BLOCK K OF BOYD A.ND KENT'S ADDITION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, MR. and MRS. A. V. WRIGHT have made proper <br />application to the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City <br />to resubdi vide <br /> <br />Lot 12 and the Northwesterly one-half of Lot 11 <br />in Block K as shown on a map entitled "Boyd and <br />Kent's Addition" filed in the office of the <br />County Recorder of San Mateo County, state of . <br />Calirornia, on June 12, 1905 in Book D of Maps <br />at page 10; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, notice of he~ring of said Planning Commission <br />on said Application was mailed to owners of said property and <br />owners within 200 feet of the exterior boundaries of said pro- <br /> <br />perty, giving over ten days notice of the time and place set for <br /> <br />said hearing; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a full hearing upon said application and any <br /> <br />objections thereto has been had by said Planning Commission; and <br />WHEREA.S, said MR. and MRS. A. V. WRIGHT have filed with <br />said Planning Commission, a diagram of the area to be subdivided; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Planning Commission did approve said <br />Application at a regular meeting thereof held on the 11th day <br />of December, 1945, and did recommend that the City Couneil of <br />this City take affirmative action on said Application. <br />THEREFORE be it resolved that this City Council <br /> <br />accept the recommendation of said Planning Commission and ap- <br /> <br /> <br />prove the resubdivision of said lot and portion of ~ot as set <br /> <br /> <br />forth in said application and diagram. <br /> <br />1. <br />
