MacARTHUR ,aa 'fax Collector of San <br />Mateo C'ounty, State of California, heretofore sold the parcel of <br />real property hereinafter described to. HUGH McLEAN and MARGARE~ <br />B.McLEAN, his wife, as Joint Tenants, and the City of Redwood <br />City has. received full satisfaction of any lien for taxes or <br /> <br />assessments thereon; <br /> <br />RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redwood City <br />tha t said Council does hereby authorize the execution of a qui t . . <br />claim deed from said City to said HUGH McLean and MARGARET B. <br />McLEAN, his wife of all interest of sa.idCity in said real pro- <br />perty hereinateJ:l described, except any claim or lien. under the <br />Improvement Act of 1911, and directs the Mayor and the City <br />Clerk to exe'cute such ,deed for and on behalf of said City. <br />The property referred to is situated in the City of <br />Redwood City,.
