RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that whereas certain weeds are growing in the City of Redwood City upon all of the sidewalks, streets, avenues, roads, boulevards and high- ways in said city and upon all the lots and property in said city, which weeds are of a kind which bear seeds of a wingy or dovmy nature and will attain such large growth as to become a ~ir~ menace when dry; and whereas said weeds contitute a public nuiaance; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DECLARED that the said weeds do now contitute and will continue to constitute a public nuisance and - it is hereby ordered that the said publio nuisance be abated in the manner provided by Ordinance No. 333 of the City. of Redwood City, passed and adopted on the 14th day of March, 1932, which ordinance is now on file in the office of the Clerk of the City of Redwood City and to which ordinance reference is hereby made md the Same is wade a part hereof; The sidewalks, streets, avenues, roads, boulevards and highways upon which, and the lots and.-;property upon which such nui~ sance exists, are all the sidewalks, streets, avenues, roads, boule- vards and highways and all the lots and property in said City,of Red- wood City and all the lots and property fronting upon any sidewalk, stree~avenue, road, boulevard or highway in said"City of Redwood City, The Superin tenden t of Streets of the Ci ty of RedV'vood C1 ty is hereby directed to give the notice required by said ordinance, and he shall cause notices to be iml11.edia tely pas tad in front of the property, as designated in this resolution, And Monday, the 17th day of March, 1947,at the hour of 8:00 ,\ 1.
