<br />.... <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />N o. 446 <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO REPRESENT THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY IN APPLICATION' No. 28211 OF THE PACIFIC <br />TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY, A CORPORATION , FOR <br />A.UTHORITY TO INCREASE CERTAIN INTRAS.TATE RATES, ETC. <br /> <br />RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />tiha.t \ PAUL A.
