J1 f RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 355 ENTITLED "AUTHORIZING APPLICATION FOR ALLOTMENT OF PORTION OF COST OF CONsTRUCTION OF SEWAGE TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL PLANT PROJECT" AND NAMING E. A. ROLISON THE AUTHORIZED AGENT OF TB~ CITY IN LIEU OF E. ~v. BLOM WHEREAS Resolution No. 355, entitled "Authorizing Applica- tion for Allotment of Portion of Cost of Construction of Sewage Treatment and Disposal Plant Project" did name E. W. Blom, the City Manager of the City of Redwood City, as the authorized agent of said City to sign all applications and conduct all nego- tiations with reference to the sewage treatment and disposal plant project; and WHEREAS E. W. Blom is no longer City Manager of the City of Redwood City; and WHE~~SE. A. Rolison is now the City Manager of the City of Redwood City; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the last paragraph of Resolution No. 355 be amended to read as follows: IIBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that for the purpose of this request'E. A. ROLISON, City Manager, City Hall, Redwood City, be, and he hereby is designated as the authorized agent of Local Agency, and is he~eby author- ized and directed to sign the herein mentioned applica- tion of Local Agency and to submit the same to the State Director of Finance together with a certified statement of the total estimated cost to be paid for construotion of the project herein mentioned and such other informa- tion as may be required; and said authorized agent is further authorized and directed as representative of Local Agency to conduct all negotiations and conclude all arrangements with either the State ~llocatlon Board or the Director of Finance, including requests for pay- ments of the State's share of the cost of the construc- tion of the aforementioned public works project." .;;. oil- 'II- oii' -;'1-
