That public interest and necessity require the <br />acquisi t10n by the 01 ty of Redl"/ood C1 ty, a municipal corpora- <br />tion of the State of California, of the property outlined <br />~ - <br />on the attach~ plat. <br /> <br />2. That said lands are sui table, adaptable, necessary, <br /> <br />and required for the public use of said City of Redw~od City, <br /> <br /> <br />to wit, for a sewage disposal plant.
