<br />SvJC:bc 8/8/80 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />~Q.~ <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />AUG 1 8 1980 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH HUMAN SERVICES COORDINATING COUNCIL <br />OF SAN MATEO COUNTY FOR PERFORMANCE OF CERTAIN <br />HUMAN SERVICES ACTIVITIES <br /> <br />vffiEREAS, the Human Services Coordinating Council of San <br /> <br />Mateo County, a California non-profit corporation, provides <br /> <br />funding application information and coordinates human service <br /> <br />activities in the County of San Matep; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has found that the assistance of the <br /> <br />Human Services Coordinating Council of San Mateo County in the <br /> <br />coordination, development and implementation of human service <br /> <br />programs in Redwood City would be of general value to the residents <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City, and would result in public benefit to <br /> <br />the whole of the Community; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City proposes .to contribute to the Human <br /> <br />Services Coordinating Council of San Mateo County the sum of <br /> <br />Five Thousand and No/IOO Dollars ($5,000.00) during the period <br /> <br />July 1, 1980 - June 30, 1981; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council for <br /> <br />approval an agreement between the City of Redwood City and the <br /> <br />Human Services Coordinating Council of San Mateo County, and it <br /> <br />is the intention and desire of this Council to approve such agree- <br /> <br />ment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and the Human Services Coordinating Council of San Mateo <br /> <br />County, entitled "Agreement" (form dated 8/8/80), a copy of which <br /> <br />8. 6 l.-.-"~ ') <br />\.'
