RESOLUTION NO. 662 ACCEPTING DEED OF EASEMENT FROM EMMETT W. PAUL RESOLVED, by the City Council of Redwood City, that a deed of easement from Emmett W. Paul to the City of Redwood City, a municipal oorporation, be and it hereby is acoepted by and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. Said deed grants an easement to the City of Redwood City on property described as follows: A parcel of land in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, state of California, described as follows: BEGINNING at the intersection of the Pulgas Ranch Line and the North- westerly line of Howland Street (formerly Thirteenth street) as shown on that certain map entitled "Town of Mezesville" recorded August 1, 1856 in Book I ot maps, Page 79, San Mateo County Records; THFNCE, S 5So 171 5411 E along the Pulgas Ranch Line a distance of 24.95 feet; THFNCF N 470 28' 0611 E a distance ot 10.39 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING which is a point on the northeasterly line of that certain 10 toot easement from Tacoma Mill Co. to the Town of Redwood City recorded July 14, 1922 in Volume 47, page 46, Sa.n Mateo County Records; THFNCF N 5So 17' 54ft W along said northea.sterly line and parallel to the Pulgas Line a distance or 113.29 feet to a point on the line ot the proposed Freeway through Redwood City; THFNCF, starting on a bearing of N 510 lIt SiR E along arc of 270' radius curve to the. left thru an angle of 10 07' 13ft for a distance ot 5.28 feet which -arc is on line of said Freeway; THFNCF S S80 17' 5411 E a distance of 112.99 feet; THFNCF S 470 28' 06" W a distance ot 5.20 feet to th~ TRUF POINT OF BF~ GINNING, being a 5.00 foot strip thru parcel conveyed to Fmmet W. Paul by Quit Claim Deed recorded June 13, 1947 in Volume 1365, page 122, Spn Mateo County Records.
