OLIVERA, was the original TRUSTOR and FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE <br />INSURANCE COMPANY, A CORPORATION, the original TRUSTEE, and the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, A <br />MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, the original BENEFICIARY of the certain Deed of Trust titled SHORT FORM <br />DEED OF TRUST AND ASSIGNMENT OF RENTS dated October 10, 2006, and recorded as Instrument Number <br />2006-184987 on December 7, 2006 in Official Records of the County of San Mateo, State of California (the <br />"Deed of Trust'); and <br />WHEREAS, the Deed of Trust irrevocably granted, transferred and assigned to the original Trustee in <br />Trust, with power of sale, the property in San Mateo County, California, with the address of 220 Madison Avenue, <br />Redwood City, California and more particularly described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated by <br />reference (the "Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Deed of Trust provided the original Trustor with financial assistance (the "Loan") with <br />the principal sum of Two Hundred Forty Eight Thousand & No/100 Dollars ($248,000.00), which the original <br />Trustor promised to pay to the original Beneficiary with interest as described in the Promissory Note titled CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY HOME IMPROVEMENT LOAN PROGRAM RENTER OCCUPIED/ FULLY AMORTIZED <br />NOTE dated October 10, 2006 (the "Promissory Note"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Loan has been fully repaid, and the undersigned successor Beneficiary desires to <br />substitute itself as the new Trustee under said Deed of Trust and in place and instead of FIDELITY NATIONAL <br />TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, A CORPORATION. <br />NOW THEREFORE, the undersigned hereby substitutes the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, A MUNICIPAL <br />CORPORATION, as Trustee under said Deed of Trust, and the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, A MUNICIPAL <br />CORPORATION, as the substituted Trustee does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons <br />legally entitled thereto, the Estate now held thereunder. <br />DATED: "A194,44 17 2022 CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, A MUNICIPAL <br />CORPORATION <br />By: Melissa Stevenson Diaz, City Manager <br />Substituted Trustee and Beneficiary <br />ATTY/AGR/2022.048/SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE & RECONVEYANCE OF DEED OF TRUST -220 MADISON <br />REV: 03-11-2022 SK <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
