Box 391 <br />Redwood City, CA 94064-0391 <br />Escrow No. HCD2057 <br />Title Order No. 930687 <br />2011-004480 <br />4:30 pm 01112/11 MT Fee: 21.00 <br />Count of Pages 3 <br />Recorded in Official Records <br />County of San Mateo <br />Mark Church <br />Assessor -County Clerk -Recorder <br />1111 Ili II II II II11111111111111111111111Il <br />* R 0 0 0 1 1 1 9 5 3 5* <br />SPACE ABOVE THIS LINE FOR RECORDER'S USE <br />MODIFICATION TO PROMISSORY NOTE AND DEED OF TRUSTIMORTGAGE <br />This agreement is made and entersd into by and between Clementine Eisinger, (hereinafter referred to as "Borrower"), and <br />City of Redwood City (hereinafter referred to as "Lender"), being the current, legally entitled principals under a Promissory <br />Note secured by that certain Deed of Trust/Mortgage dated November 26, 1991 in the original amount of $35,000, <br />executed by Clementine Eisinger, as Trustor/Mortgagor in favor of City of Redwood City, as Beneficiary/Mortgagee, <br />recorded on December 11, 1991 as Instrument No. 91162055 in the records of the County Recorder of San Mateo <br />County, State of California. <br />Undersigned parties desire to change and modify the terms stated in the Note and Deed of Trust/Mortgage referenced herein, <br />as follows: <br />All other terms and conditions of said Note and Deed of Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as set forth <br />therein. <br />In installments as herein stated, for value received, the undersigned Clementine Eisinger, jointly and severally, promise to pay <br />to the City of Redwood City, on order, at 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, California, or any place payee may designate, <br />the principal sum of Twenty Seven Thousand Three Hundred Nineteen Dollars and 67/100 cents (27,319.67), with interest <br />from January 1, 2011 at the rate of 3% percent per annum for 15 years. <br />Beginning February 1, 2011 through August 1, 2011 the monthly payments of interest only are $68.30, thereafter, on <br />September 1, 2011, principle and interest payments are payable under the terms of the note of One Hundred Eighty Eight <br />Dollars and 66/100 cents ($188.66) and continuing until March 1, 2026, at the time the property is no longer the primary <br />residence of Clementine Eisinger or upon the death of Clementine Eisinger, or upon the sale or transfer of property, <br />whichever comes first, on that day the unpaid balance of principle and interest shall be due and Payable. Primary residence <br />shall mean the place where the borrower resides no less than 10 months of calendar year.
