RES 0 L UTI 0 N N o. 1007 RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE AND ABANDON CERT~I~.PUBLIC.E~SE~NTS IN LOTS 2 AND 3, BLOQK 9, DIN~EE- PARK RESOLVED, oy the Council of Redwood City, as follows: 1. Said Counoil hereby declares its intention to vaOate and abandon as public easements, certain easements in Lots 2 and 3, Block 9, Dingee Park, Redwood City, California, and reference is hereby made to a map on file in the office of the Clerk of the City of Redwood City for further partioulars as to said proposed easement vacation and abandonment. 2. The easements to be vacated and abandoned are parti- oularly described as follows: A five (5) foot'easement along the rear of Lots 2 and 3, Block 9, fronting on Broadway. Being a portion of Resubdivi- sion of Dingee Park, reoorded July 8, 1908, in Volume 6 of Maps at page 25, and Redwood Highlands, recorded August 20, 1913, in Volume 9 of Maps at pages 6 and 7, all in San Mateo County, California, and in records of said County. 3~ ~~~~~, 195', at 8:00 P.M. at the City Hall in Redwood City, is hereby fixed as the time and place when and where all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation and abandonment of said easements will be heard. 4. This resolution shall be published onee in the Redwood City Tribune, a daily (except Sunday) newspaper, published, printed and circulated in the City of Redwood City. 5. Notices of the passage of this resolution shall be posted by the Superintendent of Streets of this City conspicuously along said easements in at least three ()) places, at least ten days prior to said hearing. * * *
