DUNCAN, the Building Inspector of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City, did, as required by Ordinance No. 30), post a <br /> <br />notice to abate nuisance upon the real property situated in said <br /> <br />City J County of San l-1ateo, State of California" and particularly <br /> <br />desoribed as follows: <br /> <br />A store building located on property described <br />as Lot"3, Block "Hancook Addition, commonly <br />known as 1416 Main Street, Redwood City, <br />California; <br /> <br />and did send a copy of said notice so posted, by registered mail, <br /> <br />postage prepaid, to the owners of said real property, as said <br /> <br />owners are listed upon the books of the City Assessor of said City <br /> <br />of Redwood City, to wit: <br /> <br />Miss Lorraine Michel, et al, <br />Ape..rtrnent 203, <br />1808 Pacific Avenue, <br />San Francisco. 23, California; <br /> <br />WHEREAS in and by said notice to abate nuisance said Building <br />Inspector of the City of Redwood City did fix Monday, December 4, <br />1950, at the hour of 8:00 Of clock p.m. of said day, in the Council <br />Chamber at the City Hall on MlddlefieldRoad in said City of Red- <br /> <br />wood City,' as the time and place when the owners of the buildings <br />si tua ted upon said real property could ai.)pear and be heard and show <br />cause why said buildings should not be condemned asa publio <br />nuisance and abated by reconstruoting or properly repa.iring said <br />buildings or by razing or removing the same; and <br />WrlEREAS said hearing was continued until December 18, 1950, <br />at 8:00 P.M.; and <br />.
