That the bid of $6,840.00 submitted by the Redwood <br />City Elementary School District for the purchase of the herein- <br />after described property is hereby accepted, said property <br />be~ng described as follows: <br /> <br />A parcel of land'in City of Redwood City, <br />County of San Mateo, State of California, <br />being a portion of Block 1, Map of Eastern <br />Addition of Redwood City, recorded November J, <br />1862, in Book 2 of Miscellaneous Records at <br />Page 85, San Mateo County records and being <br />more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly line of <br />Hilton Street, 60.00 feet in width, now aban- <br />doned, said point also being the most Southerly <br />corner of said Block 1 as shown on 'above m~n- <br />tioned Map of Eastern Addi tion; thence N 610 40. <br />W along said Northerly line of Hilton Street, <br />105.00 feet; thence N 280 20.
