<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 1223 <br /> <br />AMENDING RULES }l'OR PERSONNEL ADMINIS- <br />TRATION TO PROVIDE FOR CASUAL OR SEASONAL <br />APPOINTMENT <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY hereby resolves as fol- <br /> <br />lows: <br /> <br />1. Rules for personnel administration of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City are hereby amended by adding thereto a new section, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />RULE IX, Section 12: CASUAL OR SEASONAL appointment <br />employees in any office or department of the City <br />shall be all of those employees who are employed for <br />,a period not longer than six (6) consecutive months, <br />and who shall not be eligible to serve as a camal <br />or seasonal employee for more than an aggregat e <br />period of six (6) months in anyone fiscal year, <br />and who shall have no rights, privileges or bene- <br />fits usually afforded permanent employees of the <br />City service. <br /> <br />" <br />.. <br /> <br />" <br />i~ <br /> <br />" <br />.. <br /> <br />" <br />#\ <br /> <br />~e. <br />
