1 <br /> <br />THIRD AMENDED AND RESTATED <br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, CITY OF SAN MATEO, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, CITY OF BURLINGAME, CITY OF <br />EAST PALO ALTO, CITY OF FOSTER CITY, CITY OF MENLO PARK, CITY OF PACIFICA, CITY OF SAN BRUNO, CITY OF SAN CARLOS, TOWN OF <br />ATHERTON, CITY OF BRISBANE, TOWN OF COLMA, CITY OF HALF MOON BAY, <br />AND SAN MATEO COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY <br />AND SAN MATEO COUNTY TRANSIT DISTRICT <br />AND CITY/COUNTY ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENTS OF SAN MATEO <br />COUNTY <br />FOR THE <br />STREETLIGHT DATA AND SERVICES SUBSCRIPTION AND COST SHARING <br />COMMITMENT <br />This THIRD AMENDED AND RESTATED MEMORANDUM OF <br />UNDERSTANDING (MOU) is entered into as of the 1st day of September 2023, (Effective Date) <br />by and among the cities, towns, and county listed immediately below, referred to herein <br />individually as a “Jurisdiction” or collectively as the “Jurisdictions”, the San Mateo County <br />Transportation Authority (SMCTA), the San Mateo County Transit District (SamTrans), and the <br />City/County Association of Governments of San Mateo County (C/CAG), a joint powers agency. <br /> <br />Participating Jurisdictions: <br />Redwood City <br />San Mateo <br />South San Francisco <br />County of San Mateo <br />Burlingame <br />East Palo Alto <br />Foster City <br />Menlo Park <br />Pacifica <br />San Bruno <br />San Carlos <br />Atherton <br />Brisbane <br />Colma <br />Half Moon Bay <br /> <br />The Jurisdictions, the SMCTA, SamTrans, and C/CAG are referred to herein collectively as <br />the “Parties” or individually as a “Party”. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, C/CAG is the designated Congestion Management Agency responsible for <br />the development and implementation of the Congestion Management Program for San Mateo <br />County; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, C/CAG received a request from member agencies to explore a countywide <br />subscription for Location-Based Big Data and Services to conduct transportation planning and <br />operational analysis throughout the county; and <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 34112E56-863A-484B-92EE-0732DC70B0F9
