ATTY/RESO.0013/PC RESO 879 VISTA DR <br />REV: 03-05-24 VR <br />Page 1 of 4 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 24-01 <br /> <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY APPROVING TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. TM2023- <br />005 SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL FOR 879 VISTA DRIVE <br />IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 30 OF THE REDWOOD CITY <br />MUNICIPAL CODE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant, Kirk McGowan on behalf of 879 Vista Drive Partners, <br />LLC (the “Applicant”), filed an application for Tentative Parcel Map to subdivide a 19,176 <br />square foot lot to create two lots with a request for one exception to lot design standards <br />(the “Project”) at 879 Vista Drive (the “Property”); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 30 of the Redwood City Municipal Code, the <br />Subdivision Committee shall review and provide a recommendation to the Planning <br />Commission on any application for a subdivision requesting an exception to the provisions <br />of the Subdivision Ordinance; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on January 12, 2024, at least ten days before to the hearing date, a <br />public notice of the Subdivision Committee hearing was mailed to property owners within <br />300 feet of the Project site, circulated in the San Mateo Daily Journal and posted on the <br />City’s website; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on January 23, 2024, the Subdivision Committee held a duly noticed <br />public hearing in accordance with all applicable requirements to review the Project and <br />supporting materials and recommended approval of Tentative Parcel Map Application No. <br />TM2023-005; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on February 29, 2024, at least ten days prior to the hearing date, a <br />public notice of the Planning Commission hearing was mailed to property owners within <br />300 feet of the Project site, circulated in the San Mateo Daily Journal and posted on the <br />City’s website; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on March 12, 2024, the Planning Commission held a duly noticed <br />public hearing, in accordance with all applicable requirements of State Law, to review <br />Tentative Parcel Map Application No. TM2023-005 and supporting materials. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY HEREBY FINDS AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The recitals set forth above are true and correct and are incorporated <br />herein by these references as if fully set forth in their entirety. <br /> <br />Section 2.
