ATTY/RESO.0013/CC RESO APPROPRIATION AMENDMENT TO THE FY 2024-2025 GENERAL FUND BUDGET (RCPSA) <br />REV: 02-26-25 MI <br />RESOLUTION NO. 16287 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY APPROVING AN APPROPRIATION AMENDMENT TO THE FY <br />2024-2025 GENERAL FUND BUDGET TO INCREASE EXPENDITURES <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $236,600 FOR INCREASED SALARY AND <br />BENEFIT COSTS RELATED TO THE REDWOOD CITY POLICE <br />SUPERVISORS ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR MEMORANDUM OF <br />UNDERSTANDING THAT BEGINS IN FY 2024-25 <br />WHEREAS, during the course of a fiscal year, the City Council may take actions <br />that change or modify the City’s existing and approved budgets; and <br />WHEREAS, an agreement has been reached with the Redwood City Police <br />Supervisors Association for the period of August 26, 2024 through August 29, 2027 that <br />has financial impacts on the FY 2024-25 budget. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />1.The following stated amounts, are hereby appropriated for specific <br />purposes: <br />Summary of Recommended Budget Changes <br />By Fund Type <br />Fund Expenditures <br />General Fund $236,600 <br />TOTAL $236,600 <br />2.This Council does hereby establish the appropriation revisions for Fiscal <br />Year 2024-2025. <br />3.The resolution shall be effective upon the date of its adoption. <br />* * *
