ATTY/RESO.0019/CC RESO APPROPRIATION AMENDMENT TO THE FY 2024-2025 GENERAL FUND BUDGET (RCMEA) <br />REV: 03-04-25 MI <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 16289 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY APPROVING AN APPROPRIATION AMENDMENT TO THE FY <br />2024-2025 GENERAL FUND BUDGET TO INCREASE EXPENDITURES <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $567,174 FOR INCREASED SALARY AND <br />BENEFIT COSTS RELATED TO THE REDWOOD CITY MANAGEMENT <br />EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR MEMORANDUM OF <br />UNDERSTANDING AND SUMMARY OF BENEFITS AND TERMS OF <br />EMPLOYMENT FOR THE CONFIDENTIAL GROUP THAT BOTH BEGIN <br />IN FY 2024-25 <br />WHEREAS, during the course of a fiscal year, the City Council may take actions <br />that change or modify the City’s existing and approved budgets; and <br />WHEREAS, an agreement has been reached with the Redwood City Management <br />Employees’ Association for the period of October 1, 2024 through September 20, 2027 <br />that has financial impacts on the FY 2024-25 budget; and <br />WHEREAS, a Summary of Benefits and Terms of Employment has been <br />established for the Confidential Group effective March 10, 2025 to September 30, 2027 <br />that has financial impacts on the FY 2024-25 budget. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />1.
