Urban Housing Redwood City LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, who <br />subsequently changed its name to SAC Redwood City Apartments LLC, a Delaware limited <br />liability company, as Developer, and the City of Redwood City ("City") entered into that certain <br />Affordable Housing Agreement dated as of July 2, 2012 and recorded in the Official Records of <br />San Mateo County on July 19, 2012 as Document No. 2012-101618 ("Affordable Housing <br />Agreement"). <br />B. Urban Housing Redwood City LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, who <br />subsequently changed its name to SAC Redwood City Apartments LLC, a Delaware limited <br />liability company, as Developer, and the City of Redwood City ("City") entered into that certain <br />Landscape Maintenance Agreement dated as of June 28, 2012 and recorded in the Official Records <br />of San Mateo County on July 3, 2012 as Document No. 2012-093738 ("Landscape Maintenance <br />Agreement"). <br />C. Urban Housing Redwood City LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, who <br />subsequently changed its name to SAC Redwood City Apartments LLC, a Delaware limited <br />liability company, as Property Owner, and the City of Redwood City ("City") entered into that <br />certain Stormwater Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement, 2580 El Camino Real dated as <br />of June 28, 2012 and recorded in the Official Records of San Mateo County on July 3, 2012 as <br />Document No. 2012-093739 ("Stormwater Maintenance Agreement"). <br />Exempt from fee per GC27388.1(a)(2); <br />Recorded concurrently in connection with <br />A transfer subject to the imposition of <br />REV: 12-10-25 LF Documentary transfer tax <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.338/PR III/IEC REDWOOD CITY LLC (Page 1 of 9) <br />
