REV: 04-06-26 LF AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES Cal-West Lighting and Signal Maintenance, Inc. This Amendment No. 3 (the “Amendment No. 3”) is entered into and effective as of May 3, 2026, by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California (“City”), and Cal-West Lighting and Signal Maintenance, Inc., a California corporation (“Contractor”) (collectively, the “Parties”). RECITALS A. The Parties previously executed that certain Agreement for Services, dated as of May 3, 2021, (the “Original Agreement”). B. The Parties previously executed Amendment No. 1 to the Original Agreement, dated as of May 3, 2022 (“Amendment No. 1”). C. The Parties previously executed Amendment No. 2 to the Original Agreement dated as of May 3, 2024 (“Amendment No. 2”), (the Original Agreement and Amendments No. 1 and 2 are collectively known as the “Agreement”). D. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in this Amendment No. 3, including any terms and conditions of the attached Exhibit “A,” incorporated herein by reference. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: 1. Contractor will provide the additional services set forth in Exhibit “A” of this Amendment No. 3, and such services will be considered part of the Services for purposes of the Agreement. 2. City will pay Contractor a not-to-exceed amount of One Million Five Hundred Four Thousand Four Hundred Seventeen Dollars ($1,504,417) for the completion of all the services described in Exhibit “A” of the Original Agreement and this Amendment No. 3, which sum will include all costs or expenses incurred by Contractor. Including all amendments through Amendment No. 3, the total amount payable under the Agreement will be a not-to-exceed amount of Four Million Six Hundred Eighty One Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Five Dollars ($4,681,655). 3. The term of the Agreement is hereby extended for an additional two (2) year period. Including all extensions through this Amendment No. 3, the total term of the Agreement is seven (7) years, expiring on May 2, 2028. 4.
