R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N N U . 1829 <br />GRANTING VARIANCE TO D. 0. MOHR TO <br />ALLOW TWELVE FOOT (121) SIX INCH <br />(6 f+) REAR YARD OD PORTIW OF LOT 1, <br />FRANCES TRACT. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of Redwood City has sub- <br />mitted the application of D. 0. MOHR for variance with the <br />recommendation that such application be denied; and <br />WHEREAS, the Council of Redwood City has considered said <br />ap p" ication for variance in accordance with Section 20 of ordinance <br />L <br />No. 600, said ordinance being the zoning ordinance of the City of <br />Redwood City; <br />NOW THEREFORE, THE Ck,;U. OF REDWOOD CITY HEREBY RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Said Council finds that the following conditions exist: <br />(a) That there are exceptional or extraordinary <br />circumstances which apply to the land-, build- <br />ing or use referred to in the application, <br />which circumstances or conditions do not <br />generally apply to lands, buildings, or uses <br />in the same district. <br />(b) That the granting of the application is <br />necessary for the preservation Rnd enjoyment <br />of substantial property rights of the <br />petitioner. <br />(c) That the granting of such application will not <br />materially a ffect adversely neighboring <br />property or the public welfare or the health <br />or safety of persons residing or v7-orking in <br />the neighborhood. <br />2. Said Council hereby grants D. 0. 1JOHR a variance to <br />allow a twelve foot, six inch (121 611) rear yard on a portion of <br />Lot 1, Frances Tract. <br />
