<br />Gl79 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 1979 <br /> <br />ANNEXATION FEE POLICY <br /> <br />HESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF REDHOOD CrflY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. rrhe Council of Redwood Ci ty has determined and does <br /> <br />hereby determine, that the fair value of municipal improve- <br /> <br />ments already paid for by City taxpayex'ls, which is attributable <br /> <br />to property hereinafter proposed to be annexed to the City of <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City, is the sum of Seventy-Five Dollars ($75.00) per <br /> <br />building site in any such territory proposed to be annexed. <br /> <br />2. That it is the policy of the Council of Redwood City <br /> <br />that all requests for annexation shall be referred to the <br /> <br />Planning Cornmission of this City for a reco~nendation to the <br /> <br />Council of Hedwood Ci t;:,r as to the number of building sites in <br /> <br />any area proposed for annexation. <br /> <br />* * * * <br />
