W L~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE MUl TI- <br />AGENCY MARITIME FACiliTY AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the Multi-Agency maritime Facility <br /> <br />Project at the Port of Redwood City, Redwood City, California, have been <br /> <br />presented to, and reviewed by, this Board of Port Commissioners; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Board of Port Commissioners desires to signify its <br /> <br />approval thereof and authorize and direct the Port Executive Director to advertise <br /> <br />for bids for the work therein described; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOllOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents - <br /> <br />Multi-Agency Maritime Facility Project," located at the Port of Redwood City, <br /> <br />Redwood City, California, prepared by Moffatt & Nichol, of Walnut Creek, CA, a <br /> <br />copy of which documents is on file in the office of the Port Executive Director, <br /> <br />are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
