Section 27.100 of the Code of the City of Redwood City is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 27.100. SERVICE CHARGES: <br /> <br /> A. Established: The following charges are hereby established and <br /> <br /> levied upon each premises or any portion thereof which receives or <br /> uses sewerage service from the sewerage facilities: <br /> <br /> 1. Residential: All residential units including single-family duplexes, <br /> multi-family dwellings or structures, and similar classes of uses: <br /> Monthly rate, effective August 6, 1998-Seventeen Dollars Twenty- <br /> five cents ($17.25) per dwelling unit. <br /> <br /> 2.
