A <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on January 8, 2003. <br /> <br />Present: Council Member Hartnett, Howard, Pierce, Ruskin, <br />and Mayor Claire <br /> <br />Absent: Vice Mayor Ira and Council Member Jordan <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br /> M/S Ruskin/Hartnett <br /> <br /> 1) Approve a loan agreement between the City of Redwood City (City) and <br /> the Redwood City Redevelopment Agency (Agency) under which the City <br /> will loan the Redevelopment Agency $20 million; <br /> <br /> 2) Approve a long-term contract for the City to provide administrative <br /> services to the Agency; <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br /> <br />Patricia S.
