A <br /> <br />Meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City on January <br />8, 2003 <br /> <br />Present: Directors Hartnett, Howard, Pierce, Ruskin, and Chair person Claire <br />Absent: Vice Chair Ira and Director Jordan <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br /> MIS Ruskin/Hartnett <br /> <br /> 1) Approve a loan agreement between the City of Redwood City (City) and <br /> the Redwood City Redevelopment Agency (Agency) under which the City <br /> will loan the Redevelopment Agency $20 million; <br /> <br /> 2) Approve a long-term contract for the City to provide administrative <br /> services to the Agency; <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br /> <br />Patricia Howe <br />Redevelopment Agency Secretary <br /> <br /> <br />
