(02.03 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTRACT <br />DOCUMENTS FOR ONE HIGH INTENSITY MOBILE LIGHT TOWER; <br />AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications and contract documents for one high intensity <br /> <br />mobile light tower to be used for municipal purposes: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires <br /> <br />to signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk <br /> <br />to advertise for bids for the furnishing of said equipment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />l. Those certain contract documents prepared in the office <br /> <br />of the City Manager and on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />consisting of notice of sealed bids, instructions to bidders <br /> <br />and general conditions, specifications, bid form, and agreement, <br /> <br />for the furnishing of one high intensity mobile light tower, to <br /> <br />be used for municipal purposes, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
