SIP 4- JA1i 27 " <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF CONVENTION WAY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an agree- <br /> <br />ment by and between the City of Redwood City and MCKelvy and <br /> <br />Lazzarini Investment Corporation for the improvement of certain <br /> <br />parts of real property deeded to the City, described as Parcels 1, <br /> <br />2 and 3 in the aforesaid agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has accepted for and <br /> <br />dedicated to public use the above referred to real property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to accept the <br /> <br />offer of the improvements subject to the conditions that the <br /> <br />improvements are constructed and installed in accordance with <br /> <br />City standards; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />approve said agreement and authorize its execution; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for the Improvement <br /> <br />of the Extension of Convention Way," by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and McKelvy and Lazzarini Investment Corporation, <br /> <br />a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is made for the full terms and <br /> <br />conditions thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and <br /> <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
