<br />,. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />D.lm:l/3/69 <br />.IAN 6 -e9 <br /> <br />;0. .>1 <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />RE~OLUT1..0N <br /> <br />N O. ~"16 7 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND SPECIFI- <br />CATIONS FOR 1968-l969 DEWATERING PROGRAM FOR REDWOOD <br />CITY GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1~64; AND <br />AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the District Engineer for General Improvement <br /> <br />District No. 1-64 has prepared certain specifications and contract <br /> <br />documents for the 1968-1969 dewatering program for Redwood city <br /> <br />General Improvement District No. l-64; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> <br />signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the performance of said work; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications entitled "Specifications, <br /> <br />1968-69 Dewatering Program for General Improvement District No. <br /> <br />1-64,11 and the contract documents set forth therein, prepared by <br /> <br />Daniel, Mann, Johnson, & Mendenhall, District Engineer for General <br /> <br />Improvement District No. 1-64, and on file in the offke of the <br /> <br />City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the performance of said work in accordance <br /> <br />with the specifications therefor. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
