P-1348 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING TRAVEL EXPENSE POLICY OF THE PORT <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY, AND RESCINDING ALL PRIOR POLICIES IN <br /> CONFLICT HEREWITH <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF <br />CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain policy governing claims for reimbursement of <br />expenses incurred on Port business by officers and employees of <br /> <br />the Port of Redwood City, entitled "Travel Expense Policy" (form <br />dated 09/13/90), attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and by this <br />reference incorporated herein is hereby approved, and any and all <br />prior policies or practices in conflict therewith are hereby <br />rescinded. <br /> <br /> Regularly passed and adopted by the Board of Port <br />Commissioners of Redwood City, this 10th day of October , 1990. <br /> <br /> AYES, and in favor of said resolution, Commissioners: <br /> <br /> Bennett, Castle, Dodge, Small, Smith <br /> NOES, Commissioners: None <br /> <br /> ABSENT: Commissioners: None <br /> <br /> <br />
