RESOLUTION NO. P-1336 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN PORT-OWNED PERSONAL <br /> PROPERTY (RECEIVING HOPPERS) SURPLUS, AND AUTHORIZING <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR SALE THEREOF UPON SEALED BIDS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a unit of three (3) receiving/loading hoppers <br />owned by the Port of Redwood City are no longer required for <br />Port or other municipal purposes;and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, An appraisal of said receiving/loading <br />hoppers will be undertaken and it is the intention of this <br />board to authorize sale thereof to the highest bidder; <br /> <br /> NOW,' THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. This board hereby finds and declares that those <br />certain receiving/loading hoppers, above described, are no <br />longer required for Port or other municipal purposes, and <br />said receiving/loading hoppers shall be, and are hereby, <br />declared surplus. <br /> <br /> 2.
