(as amended) by and between the City of Redwood City acting <br />by and through its Board of Port Commissioners and Portside Associates, a <br />California limited partnership ("Lessee"), that certain sublease by and between said <br />Lessee and the following-named tenant, a copy of which sublease agreement is on <br />file in the office of the Port Manager, to which copy reference is hereby made for <br />the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved-- <br /> <br /> JUDITH E.
