RJC 0 :1/5/61-7 <br />R E 6 0 L U T 1 0 N N O. 3285 <br />RESOLUTION REJECTING ALL BIDS FOR FURNISHING <br />OF FIRE APPARATUS, 1000 G.P.M. PUMPER, MIN. <br />750 GALLON TANK <br />11HEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 3245, adopted <br />November 14, 1960, plans and specifications for fire apparatus, <br />consisting of a 1000 G.P.M. pumper, min. 750 gallon tank, were <br />approved, and the City Clerk was authorized to advertise for <br />bids for the furnishing of said equipment; and, <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said call bids were received on <br />December 8, 1960; and, <br />WHEREAS, Section 67 of the Charter of the City of Red- <br />wood City authorizes the City Council to reject any and all <br />bids received <br />NO THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RED7900D CITY <br />AS FOLLG70': <br />Any and all bids received by the City of Redwood City <br />on December 8, 1960, for the furnishing of said fire apparatus <br />consisting of a 1000 GPM pumper, min. 750 gallon tank, are <br />hereby rejected. <br />
